Steve Harvey began his career in recruitment in March, 1987 after a successful career with a Fortune 500 company. Over the past seventeen years, Steve has developed a strong health care practice specializing in administration, finance and operations. He has a comprehensive satisfied healthcare clientele and focuses on long term partnerships.

Steve is a member of American College of Health Care Executives (ACHE) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He received his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation in May 1989. He received his B.S. in English from Central Connecticut State University.

Susan Carlow has been involved in Executive Search within the healthcare industry for over six years. Prior to her recruitment career, Susan had extensive experience in product development and marketing within Financial Services. Susan applies her extensive knowledge in research and strategic planning to each retained search which has resulted in high customer satisfaction. 

Susan has a BS and a MBA from the University of Connecticut. She is an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (a business honor society).
